Justice is not a characteristic of this world and especially of this historical period.

Today's society is predominantly selfish, which often leads to a lack of respect for others. In the field of Justice, the lack of this attribute often leads to abuses of all kinds, both in the application of the often unjust rules and in the abuse of power towards third parties.

The rampant corruption within the apparatuses of the State, in particular, of the Law Enforcement and the Magistracy, the latter by now in total degradation and festering with personalities with shady affairs, is increasingly causing the imprisonment of "just" innocent people and, on the other hand, the release of dangerous prisoners or even the failure to "bring to trial" or the "no place to proceed" against the criminals.

We are now accustomed to seeing more and more open investigations of innocent individuals, who serve as scapegoats to cover up illegal activities of mafia bosses and mafia families or parts of the judiciary involved in illegal activities. Or to see that magistrates and members of the Police Force carry out investigations and service operations for the sole purpose of reaching the headlines for mere careeristic purposes.

The scandals of recent times have brought to light the rampant corruption within the ranks of the "justice" apparatus. It is utopian to believe that there can be impartiality of judgment in elements belonging to a largely corrupt category.

Magistrates are part of an untouchable, self-referential caste, often the subject of heavy observations and criticism even from top-level sectors of the State itself.

The concealment of illegal activities against the entire population by the judiciary makes it clear that it is not at the service of the population but of a corporation of a private nature passed off as a Republic. The widespread concealment of crimes against humanity, together with the filing of complaints that bring to the fore illegal activities against the citizens, show how the judiciary is widely infiltrated and controlled.

Moreover, subjecting magistrates and judges to a salary derived from a private bank currency, and not from a State currency, places the whole category under blackmail and corruptibility.

Courts are administrative tools, their job is to make money for their employer, the State! They administer legal entities unaware of unsuspecting citizens.

It is, for example, regrettable the lack of intervention by the Magistracy and the forces of law and order on the thousands of disappearances of minors in Italy, which take place every year, with the media totally silent on the matter.

The late intervention of the judiciary on the facts involving thousands of children, which were stolen from parents by the social bodies in collusion with the Juvenile Courts, is also to blame.

Equally serious is the entire business that revolves around executions (judicial auctions) and bankruptcy sections, through which, with the excuse of the application of the "law" and with an act dictated by mere personal interests, state employees and banks steal homes and businesses from their legitimate owners, applying twisted maneuvers linked to financial transactions of fraudulent origin.

The judges, who are not such, but who are in fact administrative executors because they are not elected by the People but by the Head of a corporation called the State, should be totally removed to make room for individuals whose strength and justice lies in wisdom, a prerogative generally absent in those who come from the universities of law.

Fair and impartial justice cannot be applied, except in rare cases, through measures restricting personal freedom as lightly as is the case today, often through illegitimate and irregular proceedings. True justice must be based on the re-education of the subject and not on the deprivation of his freedom. Imprisonment dehumanizes being and exposes the prisoner to abuse and harassment of all kinds. Those who, through sins or vicissitudes, have suffered deviations, causes of removal from the righteous path, deserve consideration and respect as men, although guilty of harmful actions, and subjected to appropriate corrective measures.

The Sovereign Economic System is a fundamental instrument for the realization of the new Justice, with Tribunals for the People and the People, with righteous Judges and wise Juries, all of them incorruptible, because they are no longer dependent on a private and debit currency, but on one on credit and owned by men.

The new Justice will be a champion of the humanistic renaissance of the next society, together with all the other areas that will be within the new economic and social paradigm.
