Culture is a set of manifestations of man, of his intellect, his creativity and his spirit, constitute an irreplaceable precious heritage. History, traditions, knowledge, works of ingenuity, art, craftsmanship, the handing down of all this from generation to generation, make up scrupulously the concept of culture.

In this, a population recognizes itself, is inspired by it and is based on it to change and evolve, to remembrance its origins and the path engraved over the centuries. Culture keeps the human soul alive by inspiring it through wisdom, beauty, passion and genius. It constantly reminds man of his essence, strength and greatness.

The wonder one feels when admiring a painting or the emotion that pervades the heart when listening to a concert, and in general contemplating beauty, expressed in a thousand forms, ennobles the soul and connects it with its noblest and deepest part.

 

The power of culture is well known to those who want to enslave man. For this reason it is oriented, interpreted, distorted and confused. Truthful information is distorted by piloted interpretation. Culture is subject to a myriad of deformations that distort it from its noble purpose.

 

Think, for example, of the decay of all cultural sectors, from school to art, from philosophy to history and so on.

The programmes, guidelines, objectives, goals, etc. are increasingly distant from the need for a historical link with the past, an essential connection without which a society could not develop through wise and harmonious growth.

 

The commercial logics and the bad habits propagated to, and accepted by, the population have caused the slow but inexorable decline of culture.
The chase after the lowest price, and consequently the cheapest work, consumerism, ignorance, banality and rampant superficiality have contributed to the cultural decay of society.

Just think of commercial music production, clogging radio frequencies and portable telephone devices, polluting the brain, stealing space from talented authors and artists, capable of making the soul vibrate.

 

For everything it represents, culture must be authentic, accessible to all and free from tendentious influences.

Each individual must be involved in participating in and fulfilling culture and in protecting and preserving the heritage associated with it. This requires time, resources, skills and willingness.

 

To paint a painting, to compose a work, to draw up a treatise takes time and serenity. The economic return of cultural activities cannot be the ultimate goal. The research, exchange and creation of the various cultural forms cannot pass exclusively from luxury hotels to festivals and receptions.

Today's cultural models deviate from true individual and collective enrichment because they are purely profit-oriented. We need a deep awareness on the part of everyone, leading to targeted actions, aimed at the enhancement of beauty and emotion.

 

The Sovereign Economic System lays the foundations for a return to these laudable goals. Man and his relationship with creation, and therefore with art, must necessarily return to be the fulcrum of cultural activity.

In the SES, man and his energy are at the centre. The economic reward for a work is no longer a function of its sale, but rather a function of the energy used to create it, thus freeing the artist from commercial logic and dependence on third parties. The artist's relationship remains only with his work, with the public and any commissioners.

 

The restoration of old works, the realization of new ones, will no longer require bureaucracy, quibbles, concessions, etc.. The interventions will be implemented in complete autonomy thanks to the new economic paradigm.

Artists and philosophers will flourish again in every corner of our country, free from conditioning of any kind. Culture will once again become omnipresent, a vital substance for the growth of a strong and rooted society.
